• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of fashion design. We agree to keep all project details, designs, and business information confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtuality.Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
